قطع الكبسولة وصب الفيتامين في راحة يد
استخدميه على الشعر المغسول بالشامبو ونصف المجفف. ضعيه بالتساوي على الشعر. تجنب فروة الرأس
اتركها تجف. لا تشطف. صففي الشعر كالمعتاد
