Return and Refund Policy:

1. Return Policy:
•    No Returns for Change of Mind: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased unless they are defective or damaged.
•    Eligible Returns: Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:
•    The product is defective or damaged.
•    The product received is expired.
2. Refund Policy:
•    Process for Reporting Issues: If you receive a product that is defective, or damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receipt at insert contact email or phone number to expedite the process, please provide: 
•    A description of the issue. 
•    Photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product. 
•    Refund Process: Upon verification of the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 to 30 Days after approval.
3. Exceptions
•    We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Order Processing & Shipping Time:
• Immediate Orders: Delivered within 2 to 5 working days (maximum).
• Pre-Order / Special Orders: Require 3 to 4 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on availability.
